ECCM processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide it to us yourself. Below you will find an overview of the personal data we process:

- Telephone number (not obligatory)
- E-mail address
- Affiliation and expertise
- Other personal data that you actively provide such as through correspondence and by telephone.
- For what purpose and on the basis of which basis do we process personal data?
ECCM processes your personal data for the following purposes:
- To be able to contact you if this is necessary to perform our services.
- Providing updates on ECCM.
- Sending invitations for meetings.
The customer has signed up to receive updates and information about meetings and has confirmed this subscription. If you have subscribed for the updates and information about meetings, you can unsubscribe at any time by sending a message to DE.NL@ECCM-mail.nl.
- How long we keep personal data
ECCM will not keep your personal data longer than is strictly necessary to realize the goals for which your data is collected.
- Sharing of personal data with third parties
ECCM does not sell or provide your information to third parties.
- Viewing, adjusting or deleting data
You have the right to inspect, correct or remove your personal data. You also have the right to withdraw your possible consent for data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by ECCM and you have the right to data portability. This means that you can request us to send the personal data we have on you in a computer file to you or another organization designated by you. You can send a request for access, correction, deletion, data modification or request to withdraw your consent or objection to the processing of your personal data to DE.NL@ECCM-mail.nl. To make sure that the request for inspection was made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your identity document with the request. Make in this copy your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), the passport number black. This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks. ECCM would also like to point out that you have the possibility to file a complaint with the Dutch national supervisory authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
